Coach Howard gained education attending North Central High School followed by Indiana State University. After collegiate athletics & post collegiate athletics. Coach Howard decided to dedicate himself to "doing the work" (doing his part in restoring the true health and nature of all, mentally physically & spiritually ) With a Holistic approach that encompasses over a decade of personal training, health & wellness coaching experience.
